INTRODUCING

Your Baby Sleep Village

Formally called 'The Baby Sleep with Ainslee Commumity'

Your virtual Baby sleep village for parents of nap-aged babies who want to make sleep easier - without crying it out or strict sleep routines.

An empowering and supportive space for you to stop feeling like sleep is an overwhelming and confusing puzzle, with self-paced mini courses so you can learn how to tackle sleep challenges, from unswaddling, to split nights, to false starts, to short naps, to night waking, to parental preference and MORE. All of this PLUS community support to get questions answered - so you can feel confident and rested (without crying it out or second guessing everything).

Right now sleep feels confusing, overwhelming and inconsistent...

Because you're trying to figure it out with scattered advice and no context on what will work for your baby.

I see you.
You're googling at 3am, bouncing between nap schedules, wake windows and hacks you've seen on Instagram (I'm looking at you butter sleep hack IFKYK)

But none of it is telling you what your unique baby needs - which means whenever there is a new tooth, a new development leap or an illness - it all feels like you're back at square one.

Sleep isn’t working because you’re not being taught how to think about sleep, just what someone else thinks your baby should be doing.

And that's the difference between regular sleep advice and Your Baby Sleep Village

The majority of sleep advice out there is designed as a one size fits all - but your baby isn't 'size'.

And once you understand your baby's unique sleep needs and temperament - naps and sleep becomes so much easier - even through regressions or dropping naps - and you can stop questioning everything you're doing.

This is exactly why I created the Baby Sleep Village - a monthly membership for you to have a space to crack sleep for your baby and have your own baby sleep village.

What makes Your Baby Sleep Village different?

Is that it doesn’t tell you to follow rigid routines, force naps, or leave your baby to cry. Instead, it teaches you how sleep works, helps you understand your baby’s natural rhythms, and shows you how to make responsive, real-life decisions that actually work in your home.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all sleep information, it’s a self-paced, supportive village that helps you build the critical thinking skills to troubleshoot sleep, feel more confident, and get more rest... without losing your mind or your values in the process.

You're not doing anything wrong - you've just never been taught how sleep actually works.

The truth is, your baby isn’t broken, and neither are you. You don’t need stricter schedules, more crying, or to try harder. You need a framework that actually makes sense.

When you understand how sleep works biologically, how to spot your baby’s natural rhythms, and how to respond without second-guessing every move… sleep stops feeling like a mystery and starts to feel manageable, even easy, dare I say it. This is about shifting from “What’s the right answer?” to “What’s the right fit for us?”

That’s where real, sustainable sleep and solid rest begins.

The result? More sleep, less stress, and way more confidence.

You’ll go from second-guessing every nap to actually knowing what your baby needs and why. No more panic-Googling at 3am, no more crying over sleep trackers, and no more wondering if you’re doing it all wrong.

Instead, you’ll feel clear, calm, and in control. You’ll have a plan that flexes with your baby’s development, not fights against it, and you’ll know exactly how to adjust when things shift. Sleep will feel easier. Life will feel lighter. And you’ll be the well-rested, confident parent you’ve been trying to become.

Your Baby Sleep Village is a monthly membership ($45/month)

You can leave at any time (but can only rejoin when the doors are open) and includes:

🧠 The Library
Think of it as your 24/7 village library, stocked with concise, self-paced courses, sleep guides, and content that actually explains why sleep works the way it does. So you’re not just copying someone else’s routine, you’re learning to lead your own.

💬 The Rest Rebels Connect Space
Think of this space like the favourite café in the village, open all day, every day. This is where you’ll meet your people, ask questions, get real-time support from Ainslee (your resident no-BS sleep coach), laugh, cry, vent, and feel validated AF.

🚗 The Age-Based Sleep Spaces
This is an area like the 'drive-thru, fast food' in the village. It's so you can access sleep information fast and have actionable support. Search by age or topic and get sleep tips you can actually use in the moment, without needing a full course binge first. Short. Sharp. Super helpful.

🎤 BS Unplugged Q&A Sessions
Every two weeks, Ainslee goes live to unpack sleep topics, troubleshoot real-life examples, and help you flex those critical thinking muscles. Can’t make it live? No worries, the replays are always available.

This isn’t just a support group. It’s your sleep-smart, feel-good, get-your-life-back kind of village.

Your Baby Sleep Village

Why a membership for sleep?

Once upon a time, in what feels like was a far off land...

I was you.

Exhausted. Overwhelmed. Doing everything the books, blogs, and well-meaning relatives said to do, down to the blackout blinds and the 7pm bedtime. I followed all the “rules.” No eye contact. Drowsy but awake. White noise on max. Cry it out, spaced soothing, magic nap windows. I tracked sleep like it was my full-time job. Sleep had become my full time job and taken over my life.

And you know what? It still didn’t work.

My son and I cried through sleep training (on and off) for over a year. Every time we “made progress,” something, teething, illness, a new developmental leap, would wipe us out again. I wasn’t just tired, I wasn't functional. I was scared to drive some days because I was that sleep-deprived.

What I needed wasn’t another nap schedule or another $199 PDF. I needed someone to actually teach me how sleep works. I needed support that met me where I was and helped me figure out what worked for my baby, not a textbook baby they write about aka a unicorn baby (who even has those kinds of baby's? Not ME!)

That’s why I built Your Baby Sleep Village.

This membership is everything I wish I’d had: responsive support, evidence-based info, and a space to learn how to think about sleep, not just follow rigid rules. It’s designed to build your confidence, so you don’t just survive sleep, you actually feel empowered by it.

This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about sustainable rest.

Because baby sleep isn’t linear, and life doesn’t stop for a leap. And because breaking generational cycles doesn’t have to stop at sleep. This is the new way to do sleep: supportive, smart, and built for real parents with real babies.

You’re not broken. Your baby’s not broken. You just need a village that actually gets sleep.

They say don't reinvent the wheel, but the current 'baby sleep wheel' needs to be smashed apart and rebuilt, and that is what Your Baby Sleep Village is doing!

Welcome to Your Baby Sleep Village, where we’re not just fixing sleep struggles, we’re flipping the whole damn narrative. We’re rewriting the script on baby sleep so you can feel confident now and pass that wisdom on for generations to come.

Your Baby Sleep Village is for you if:

👶 You have a nap-aged baby (roughly 0–3 years) and sleep currently feels like a mystery wrapped in a riddle wrapped in a contact nap.

😵‍💫 You’re exhausted from Googling every nap transition and wake window only to feel more confused after.

🙅‍♀️ You’re not interested in cry-it-out, rigid routines, or being told to “just leave them to self-settle”, because your gut says no thanks.

🧠 You want to actually understand sleep, so you can make decisions that work for your baby, not someone else’s template.

🌱 You’re here for connection, evidence-based support, and real-time help that doesn’t make you feel judged, broken, or like you need a parenting degree just to survive bedtime.

Whether you’re deep in the newborn fog, managing 2-nap chaos, or prepping for daycare shifts, this is your village, and you’re so welcome here.

Will this actually work for my baby?

Yep, because this isn’t a one-size-fits-all “every baby naps twice a day at 9 and 1” situation. This is about understanding your baby’s natural sleep rhythms so you can make decisions that actually make sense. Whether they contact nap like a pro, catnap on loop, or party at 3am, this Village helps you find what works for them (and you), but the spicy part is that it might not always look like you expect it to look!

Do I need to commit for a set time?

Nope! This is a self-paced membership paid monthly. Stay for as long as you need, leave when you're ready.

Most parents stick around longer than they thought they would because they’re finally getting sleep support that actually works, and learning skills they can use for years ahead. This is just a testament to how helpful parents find it.

Parents pretty quickly realise that having support through navigating the ups and downs that is baby sleep (remember baby sleep isn’t linear), builds longstanding skills around navigating baby sleep so it is easier overall, and then you won’t need sleep support again in the future.

What if I’m too overwhelmed to start?

Then this is exactly where you need to be. You’ll get clear direction from day one (based on a quick entry quiz). You’ll know where to start, what to skip, and how to get the most support, without adding more to your plate. Zero-pressure, go-at-your-own-pace, and support when you need it.

...and if the quiz doesn't give you enough direction, the cool thing is that YOU CAN JUST ASK for direction, and I can guide you easy peasy towards relevant resources with some actionable strategies along the way to get you sorted. Win. Win!

I’ve tried other sleep support and they didn’t work, what makes this different?

Most programs tell you what to do. This one teaches you how to think about sleep. That means you don’t just get a schedule, you build critical thinking skills so you can navigate regressions, development, and teething without feeling like you’re back at square one. This is sleep support that actually sticks.

When will doors open again? I don't need it right now...but I probably will need it later on.

Totally get it, how great is it that sleep feels great right now? Let's celebrate that!

Doors open a few times a year and never on a set schedule, it's numbers based so I can make sure I have capacity for those inside at all times. So if you're thinking “I'll probably need this later,” chances are, future-you will be so glad you got in now.

I also just want you to know that Your Baby Sleep Village isn’t just for when sleep is bad, it’s for building the kind of sleep confidence that stops you from getting to that burnt-out, desperate place in the first place.

This isn’t about slapping on a quick fix when you’re already drowning. It’s about learning a whole new way of thinking about sleep, one that doesn’t rely on rigid schedules or outdated training methods. The earlier you start shifting your mindset, the more equipped you’ll be to navigate the ups and downs before sleep hits the fan.

And that is another reason why it’s priced at a fraction of traditional sleep support, it’s accessible and worth it whether you’re in the trenches or just want to stay ahead of the game.

How good would it feel to understand sleep so well for your baby that you never felt like you needed emergency sleep support at all? That’s exactly what we’re doing in Your Baby Sleep Village, setting you up to crush it from the get-go, so sleep becomes something you get, not something you struggle with.

Is this actually just sleep training?

No. It’s about empowering you with knowledge so you don’t feel like you have to sleep train to get sleep. We focus on connection, responsiveness, and evidence-based info, so you can feel confident, not conflicted. No cry-it-out required.

Do I really need another subscription?

I get it, subscriptions feel like a big deal. But you can leave anytime (just know the doors only open for people to join a few times a year!).
The reality is:

🚫 You don’t need another one-size-fits-no-one nap schedule.
✅ You do need legit sleep confidence that sticks, no matter what your baby throws at you.
✅ You do need support that helps you think through sleep, not blindly follow rules.

Your Baby Sleep Village isn’t about “doing it my way”, it’s about learning how sleep works for your baby so you stop second-guessing every bedtime. Most parents realise they don’t need a 1:1 consult once they’re in here.
It’s that good, this is what parents need to learn how to navigate sleep, build critical thinking skills and nail sleep. This isn't a nice to have, it's something I wish all parents had, because once you understand sleep and build those critical thinking skills for sleep, you don't need sleep support ever again...makes you think doesn't it?
I wish I could gift this to EVERY new parent, it would change their world, and their entire parenting experience for the better and create a generation of informed, educated parents that can pass it on for generations to come.
Come on in, and be a generational cycle breaker with us!
